Melissa Gardner is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various accounting and financial management roles. Currently serving as a Corporate Staff Accountant at The Brick Companies since January 2022, Melissa previously held leadership positions at Launch Workplaces, including Director of Finance and Director of Member Success, from June 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, Melissa worked at Bernstein Private Wealth Management as a Senior Private Client Associate from May 2015 to May 2018 and as a Private Banker at Wells Fargo from May 2013 to May 2015. Early in the career, Melissa held positions at MetLife as a Financial Services Representative and Financial Fellow, starting in June 2008. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, International Business, and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Maryland between 2005 and 2009.
