Mary-Jane Stolp Gaicd

Mary-Jane Stolp GAICD has a strong background in leadership and strategy in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. Mary-Jane currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Bridge Inc, a disability and employment services provider. In this role, they lead the organization in delivering its strategic vision. Prior to their current position, Mary-Jane served as the General Manager Community Services at The Bridge Inc.

Before joining The Bridge Inc, Mary-Jane worked at Villa Maria Catholic Homes as a Planning and Strategy Manager. Mary-Jane also served as the General Manager Quality & Strategy at Catholic Homes. Mary-Jane has experience in the government sector as well, having worked at the Department of Human Services in Victoria as a Senior Advisor in the Quality & Patient Safety Unit.

Early in their career, Mary-Jane held the position of Victorian Quality and Risk Manager at Healthe Care Australia and Health Service Quality Manager at St Vincent's Health. Overall, Mary-Jane has demonstrated their expertise in managing quality, strategy, and operations in various healthcare and non-profit organizations.

Mary-Jane Stolp GAICD is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration at Swinburne University of Technology, with an expected completion date in 2023. Mary-Jane has also completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2022. In 2013-2014, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from the Australian Catholic University. Additionally, in 2011, Mary-Jane achieved a Fellowship in Health Services Management from the Australasian College of Health Service Management. Mary-Jane earned their Masters in Health Services Management from Edith Cowan University from 1998-2000 and a degree in Applied Science from the University of Tasmania from 1990-1992. Mary-Jane also holds certifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and THE JOINT COMMISSION ON ALLIED HEALTH PERSONNEL IN OPHTHALMOLOGY as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician.
