Doug Hejna is an experienced data operations and analytics professional with a background in various industries, including retail and luxury goods. Currently serving as Data Operations Manager at Bridge since January 2020, Doug has previously held positions such as Senior Digital Data Analyst at The Vitamin Shoppe and Senior Pricing Analyst at Toys"R"Us. Notable accomplishments include leading the implementation of the Markdown Optimization Tool at The Children's Place and serving as Lead Analyst for the MGM@MGI Initiative at Movado Group Inc., where Doug contributed to significant gross margin enhancements. Doug is also a founding member of the Penn State World Campus Alumni Society Board of Directors and has extensive experience in supply chain analysis and reporting.
