The Bridge has a leadership team with experience in a variety of industries, including human resources, finance, and urban policy. They have worked for companies such as The Beacon Council, Inc., Aircraft Service International, New York Junior Tennis & Learning, The Legal Aid Society, dELiA*s, Tiffany & Co., and Bowery Residents' Committee. They have also worked for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. They have degrees from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, NYU Stern School of Business, International Finance, and The New School.
