The Directors Team at The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc. is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the organization's mission to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Each director oversees a specific division—ranging from prevention and education to finance, operations, advocacy, shelter management, development, communications, human resources, and specialized programs for children and housing—ensuring their area contributes effectively to the comprehensive services provided. Collectively, they work to secure funding, improve service delivery, foster community relations, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and respect for clients.
