Alyson Zandt is a manager in Bridgespan’s Boston office. Since joining the firm in 2018, she has worked with a range of nonprofit and philanthropy clients in the fields of economic mobility, place-based change, impact investing, early childhood, and criminal justice. Her projects have focused on strategic planning, growth strategies, organizational effectiveness, and implementation support. Alyson has also worked with nonprofit leadership teams via Bridgespan’s two-year consulting and capacity building program for nonprofit executive teams, Leading for Impact.
Prior to Bridgespan, Alyson was a program manager at MDC, a nonprofit focused on advancing equity and improving economic mobility in the South. In her time at MDC, Alyson led the development of several reports on approaches Southern communities are taking to improve economic mobility, and she supported place-based philanthropies to develop strategies for investing to address systemic barriers and advance opportunity in their communities. Alyson received her MBA from the Yale School of Management and her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
