Debby Bielak

Debby Bielak is a Partner at The Bridgespan Group since 2008, specializing in philanthropy and education consulting, with notable engagements for prominent foundations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the McKnight Foundation. Prior to this, Debby served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2004 to 2008, where work focused on developing advocacy organizations, interviewing global CEOs on critical environmental and social issues, and facilitating collaborations in global health. Debby began her career as a Mathematics Teacher at The Midland School from 2000 to 2002, where Debby developed curriculum and taught advanced mathematics courses. Debby holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Management and Marketing from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Mathematics with a focus on Mathematical Economics from Haverford College.
