Disraeli Smith is a manager in The Bridgespan Group’s New York office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2022, Disraeli has focused on sourcing and diligence organizations across various sectors including early childhood, 2nd generation and mental health on behalf of large foundations and national multi-donor funds. Disraeli’s interests include workplace and economic development, racial equity, and assisting clients develop long terms strategies for impact.
Prior to Bridgespan, Disraeli worked in consulting with Accenture, where he focused on strategic projects, digital risk and compliance and large scale transformation for global financial institutions, and at Fifth Third Bank, where he worked in Corporate Strategy with a focus on strategic initiatives in both the Retail and Commercial Bank.
Disraeli is a graduate of Florida A&M University (BS, MBA) and Georgetown University (MPP). He is also the National Vice President for Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, Incorporated, one of the largest collegiate service organizations in the United States, and spends his personal time having fun with his wife and daughter.
