Emma Nothmann

Emma Nothmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and partnerships. Currently serving as a Partner at The Bridgespan Group since February 2016, Emma has previously held the position of Manager within the same organization. Nothmann was a member of the Board of Directors at Arise High School from July 2017 to September 2019 and served as the Executive Director for the Bay Area at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship from June 2014 to January 2016. Emma's earlier roles include Sr. Director of Platform Partnerships at Edmodo, Principal at Booz & Company, Engagement Manager at Katzenbach Partners LLC, and Publishing Director at Let's Go Publishing. Nothmann holds an A.B. degree from Harvard University and has also studied Chinese Language at Beijing Language and Culture University.
