Erica Kelly

Erica Kelly is a Principal at The Bridgespan Group, where responsibilities include driving client business development, managing relationships, overseeing project teams, and enhancing internal capabilities since February 2018. Key focus areas involve creating high-impact giving strategies for philanthropies and high net worth individuals, resulting in over $150 million in additional contributions to various sectors, including education and health. Prior to that, Erica held various consulting roles at Bain & Company, leading projects across multiple industries, and served as a Fellow at Proximity Finance, conducting strategic assessments in Myanmar. Erica also significantly contributed to client engagements at Kaiser Associates, managing the firm's largest private sector account, and began a career in relationship management at Wells Fargo. Erica holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Azusa Pacific University.
