Kanika Tomar

Kanika Tomar is a consultant at The Bridgespan Group since July 2024, with a diverse background in project leadership and research across various organizations. Prior experience includes serving as Project Lead at Central Square Foundation, Fellow at the Government of Delhi, and Impact Consultant at Educate Girls. Kanika has also held roles as a Policy Research Intern for a Member of Parliament, Program Manager at 321 Education Foundation, Fellow Advisor and Teaching Fellow at Teach For India, and Development Intern at Simple Education Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a postgraduate exchange in International Development from Sciences Po, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
