Katherine Kaufmann

Kat Kaufmann is a Partner at The Bridgespan Group, having joined the organization in October 2005, where co-leads the Early Childhood Area of Expertise. Prior to this role, Kaufmann served as a Manager at Bain & Company from 1997 to 2005 and held the position of Lieutenant in the Supply Corps of the US Navy from October 1993 to July 1997, acting as Disbursing Officer and Material Officer on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Studies from Harvard University. Additionally, Kaufmann graduated from Springside School in 1989 with a high school diploma.
