Kristen McNutt

Kristen McNutt is a highly experienced professional in organizational transformation and leadership development, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Programs and Impact at the Bridgespan Group's Bridgespan Leadership Accelerator since August 2015. Kristen has a diverse background in management consulting, having held various roles at Deloitte from Analyst to Senior Consultant, and has experience as a Graduate Fellow at KIPP New Orleans and as an intern at both the Awethu Project and Frost and Sullivan. Kristen earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
