Malou Flowers

Malou Flowers is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors. Currently serving as the Administrative Team Lead at The Bridgespan Group since September 2018, Malou oversees a team of executive assistants in the San Francisco office. Prior roles include Executive Assistant at Merrill Lynch and a series of administrative positions, including short-term assignments, where responsibilities encompassed client interactions and calendar management. Malou's background also includes significant experience at ClearBridge Wealth Management as a Portfolio Manager Associate, where duties involved trading allocations and liaising with portfolio managers. Malou began a career in finance at Davis Skaggs Investment Management and Pacific Life, focusing on new account processing and client service. An alumnus of UC Irvine, Malou holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology.
