Olivia Peoples

Olivia Peoples is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and community development. Currently serving on the National Governing Board of Directors for the Jeremiah Program since March 2023, Olivia has held significant roles at The Bridgespan Group, advancing from Manager (2016-2019) to Partner. Previous positions include Senior Managing Director of Alumni Affairs and Chief of Staff to the CEO & Founder at Teach For America, and Consultant/Case Team Leader at Monitor Group. Early career experiences include co-founding the Prison Education Initiative at Riker's Island Correctional Facility and working as Community Initiatives Director at the Red Hook Community Justice Center. Olivia earned an MBA from Columbia Business School between 2006 and 2008 and served as Program Manager at The City School earlier in the career trajectory.
