Xueling Lee

Xueling Lee currently serves as a Partner at The Bridgespan Group, starting in March 2022. Previously, Xueling was with The HEINEKEN Company from February 2020 to March 2022, holding the roles of APAC Head of Transformation and APAC Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included assisting the APAC regional leadership team during the COVID-19 crisis and leading the rollout of HEINEKEN's global strategy across approximately 20 operating companies in the region. Prior experience includes working at Bain & Company from 2011 to 2020 in various managerial roles, focusing on digital partnerships, M&A, and large-scale transformations for Fortune 500 companies. Xueling's earlier positions include a Special Assistant to the President at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and a Teacher at the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Xueling holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
