Vignesh Shanmugam

Vignesh Shanmugam is a highly accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in pathology and hematopathology. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, along with the role of Associate Pathologist at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Vignesh has also held positions as an Instructor in Pathology and Clinical Fellow at Harvard Medical School since July 2016. Prior experiences include serving as a Clinical Fellow in Hematopathology, Chief Resident in Anatomic Pathology, and Resident Physician in Anatomic Pathology at Brigham and Women's Hospital from June 2016 to August 2020. Vignesh holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University and a Certificate of Completion in Premedical Education from Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar.
