Reggie Philip is a professional in community relations with extensive experience in assisted living and hospitality. Currently serving as a CRC at The Bristal at Massapequa since April 2025, Reggie collaborates with the Director of Community Relations and Executive Director to establish a successful resident referral program. Previously, Reggie held the position of Director of Community Relations at Maple Pointe at Rockville Centre Assisted Living from April 2023 to January 2025, and at The Bristal at Lake Success from January 2021 to March 2023, focusing on memory care for individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Reggie's career in hospitality includes serving as the Director of Business Development at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Brooklyn from September 2016 to September 2020, and as Area Director of Sales at Laguardia Plaza Hotel and Hampton Inn LaGuardia from October 2014 to May 2015. Reggie holds a BS degree in Marketing from St. John's University, earned between January 1998 and January 2001.
