Caroline Dollimore

Trustee at The BRIT Trust

Caroline is Director of Publicity for Atlantic Records UK where she oversees the strategic direction for all publicity interests on Atlantic’s award-winning, a world-class roster including Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Anne-Marie, Cardi B, Rita Ora, Jess Glynne, Rudimental, Panic! At The Disco, Charli XCX, Twenty One Pilots, and Clean Bandit to name a few, spearheading a fully integrated approach to all communications platforms.

Since joining Atlantic in 2016 she and her team have played an integral role in the campaigns of some of Atlantic’s biggest releases, from the seminal ‘Divide’ album for Ed Sheeran, Rita Ora’s perfectly executed musical comeback, Cardi B’s global domination, Clean Bandit’s string of number one singles and seeing Anne-Marie through to become 2018’s biggest selling debut artist.

Caroline joined Atlantic after nine years as Head of Entertainment at award-winning International agency Purple PR, which represented some of the biggest global stars including Sam Smith, Beyoncé, Lana Del Rey, and Adele, and sporting icon Lewis Hamilton. She led the debut album campaign for multi-platinum selling artist Sam Smith, introducing him to the world of luxury fashion and securing the deal that made him a first-ever male artist to be the face of Balenciaga under Alexander Wang’s Creative Direction. Prior to that, she held a five-year tenure at Universal Music working in the PR department across the Def Jam roster.
