James Giblett has extensive experience in communications, currently serving as Deputy Head of Communications at the British Horseracing Authority since November 2019, after progressing through roles such as Communications Manager and Communications Executive. Prior to this, James held the position of Communications Manager at NEL from September 2017 to November 2019, and previously worked at the House of Commons from June 2013 to August 2017 in various roles including Parliamentary Researcher and Senior Caseworker & Office Manager. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Exeter and a Master’s degree in Politics and Public Policy from Cardiff University.
