Jerome Schleich is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience as a Senior Development Chef, currently employed at British Pepper and Spice Co Ltd since November 2017. Previously, Jerome held similar positions at Brooksby Foods, Samworth Brothers from September 2012 to November 2017 and at Platinum as an Interim Chef in mid-2012.
