Nitzan Kaduri

Nitzan Kaduri is the Chief Finance & Operations Officer at The British School in The Netherlands. Nitzan has over 9 years of experience in managing and maintaining university premises and developing real estate strategies. Nitzan is responsible for the construction projects, energy management, and facility contract management at the university. In addition, they act as a Senior Advisor to the Executive Board regarding real estate, housing and facility issues.

Nitzan Kaduri has a Master of Science from Delft University of Technology in the field of Master Degree Real Estate and Housing (Building Management and Real Estate). Nitzan also has a Trainee Program from In House training Jones Lang LaSalle and a Real Estate Analysis, Valuations and Investments from Amsterdam School of Real Estate. In addition, they have a ‘Perspectief’ Leadership Training from Firmament. Nitzan also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Nyenrode Business University in the field of Public & Private. Finally, they have a Leadership Training from Firmament and a Masterclass 'The Essence of Leadership' from Focus Conferences - Remco Claassen.
