The Broad
Rob Hudson has a strong background in retail operations and management. Rob started their career at Cole Haan in 2000 as an Area Manager, overseeing the operations of multiple stores. After working at Maxfield as a Sales Manager from 2005 to 2007, they joined Gucci as an Area Manager. In 2009, they transitioned to TASCHEN as a Retail Director in the US, where they worked for six years. Most recently, they served as the Director of Retail Operations at The Broad since 2015.
Rob Hudson attended McNeese State University from 1988 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
The Broad
The Broad is a contemporary art museum founded by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad on Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles. Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Gensler, the museum offers free general admission and presents an active program of rotating temporary exhibitions and innovative audience engagement. The Broad is home to nearly 2,000 works of art in the Broad collection, which is one of the world’s leading collections of postwar and contemporary art, and welcomes more than 800,000 visitors a year. The 120,000-square-foot building features two floors of gallery space and is the headquarters of The Broad Art Foundation’s worldwide lending library, which has been loaning collection works to museums around the world since 1984.
