The Broad
Lauren Dunn is an experienced professional with a background in graphic design and customer service. Currently serving as a VSA at The Broad since April 2017, Lauren has also held positions such as Office Associate, Customer Service Representative, and Graphic Designer at Mokuyobi Threads from June to November 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Guest Services & Shift Lead at JOEY Restaurant Group and a Print Lab Technician at Appalachian State University. Lauren's career began as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy, where employment spanned from April 2012 to December 2015. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Appalachian State University, earned in May 2016.
The Broad
The Broad is a contemporary art museum founded by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad on Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles. Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Gensler, the museum offers free general admission and presents an active program of rotating temporary exhibitions and innovative audience engagement. The Broad is home to nearly 2,000 works of art in the Broad collection, which is one of the world’s leading collections of postwar and contemporary art, and welcomes more than 800,000 visitors a year. The 120,000-square-foot building features two floors of gallery space and is the headquarters of The Broad Art Foundation’s worldwide lending library, which has been loaning collection works to museums around the world since 1984.
