Roger Lee

Roger Lee has extensive experience in optimization, sales, operations planning, and maintenance engineering across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Global Optimization Manager at Eastman Chemical Company since March 2015, Roger also holds the position of Director of Sales and Operations Planning at The Brock Group since 2014, where initial responsibilities included managing account transitions and promoting corporate performance management. Previously, Roger was a Maintenance & Engineering Manager at Alcoa, focusing on proactive maintenance processes and supporting major capital projects. Roger's earlier tenure at Eastman Chemical Company included roles as Department and Project Manager, where contributions were made toward standardizing maintenance and reliability processes across numerous global sites. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, obtained in 1974.
