Ronnie Raley

Ronnie Raley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and service delivery. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Infrastructure at Brock Group since April 2018, Ronnie manages employees, budgets, and projects for a multinational IT Infrastructure and Operations Team. Key achievements include implementing a hybrid solution for cloud-capable platforms, overseeing technical acquisitions, and renegotiating software licenses to save costs. Previously, Ronnie held positions at Charming Charlie LLC as IT Infrastructure Manager and IT Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included managing service desks and developing service management models. Ronnie’s tenure at IBM spanned from 2006 to 2014, with roles in service delivery and production services management. Additional experience includes positions in desktop support and network operations. Ronnie holds a journalism degree from The University of Georgia and has a background in military service with the US Army.
