Prior to that, Giuseppe worked as Dispatch Team Lead at Handy HQ after being promoted from a customer service representative, and gained technical support experience at Kaplan Test Prep and Cablevision, where foundational technical skills were developed. Giuseppe holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from City Tech, CUNY, earned between 2012 and 2014.
