Joe Porritt

Joe Porritt has a diverse work experience history. Joe started their career in 2003 as a Franchisee at College Pro Painters, where they demonstrated exceptional skills in finance, quality control, recruitment, training, management, and sales. Their achievements during this time include multiple honors such as Rookie Franchisee of the Year and Franchisee of the Year.

Afterwards, Joe worked as a Leasing Manager and Real Estate Consultant at Homescout Realty from 2006 to 2010.

In 2010, Joe founded StreamLease, a communication platform aiding landlords and property managers to share information with brokers.

Joe then joined Urban Lux as a Sales Director in 2012, and later that year, they became a Leasing Manager at Related Companies. At Related Companies, they also served as a District Leasing Manager in the Chicago area and as a Vice President.

Most recently, Joe worked as the Director of Leasing and Marketing at The Brodsky Organization starting in July 2016.

Throughout their career, Joe demonstrated a strong passion for leasing and marketing, as well as strategic leadership skills.

Joe Porritt completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, Strategy, and Real Estate from NYU Stern School of Business between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Marketing from Michigan State University from 2002 to 2006.
