Scott D Abrams, CPA, CGMA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in treasury, tax, and financial management across various sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Treasury & Tax at The Brodsky Organization since August 2021, Abrams previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Financo LLC, a boutique investment banking firm, from March 1995 to August 2021. Additionally, Abrams served as CFO for Mercantile Capital Partners, a private equity fund in the merchandising sector, from June 2000 to December 2011, where responsibilities included preparation of NAV schedules, waterfall calculations, annual audits, and tax returns. Early in the career, Abrams worked as Controller for The Solomon Organization, managing financial operations for 15 properties with 4,000 units. Abrams earned a BA in Accounting from Bryant University between 1978 and 1982.
