Pat Broe

Pat Broe founded his namesake company by recognizing the value in Denver’s real estate market, and then capitalizing on it. His sleeves-rolled-up start began with small residential and commercial rehabilitations, and developed into a sizable portfolio. He began trading land, assembling development sites, and repositioning commercial properties – notably, downtown Denver’s Tabor Center – always using insight and innovation to deliver superior value. Within four decades, Mr. Broe had built a diversified privately owned industrial and investment enterprise with a multi-billion dollar asset base. And not just real estate. The Broe Group’s managed investments now span multiple industries, including commercial and residential real estate, oil and gas development, diversified transportation assets and services, and health-focused technology start-ups, among others. Mr. Broe focuses on the strategic direction of the company, investment policy and financing activities, and identifying attractive assets for acquisition and investment.
