Naphtali Moore

Attorney, Family Defense Practice at The Bronx Defenders

Naphtali Moore (she/her/hers) received her J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, where she served on the executive board for the Black Law Students Association and as a student member of the Curriculum Committee. During law school, Naphtali worked as a student attorney in the Juvenile and Special Education Clinic, where she represented families on special education matters, and the Rising for Justice Criminal Law Clinic, where she represented indigent juvenile and adult clients charged with misdemeanors in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She spent her summers interning with Advocates for Justice and Brooklyn Defender Services. Prior to law school, Naphtali was an AmeriCorps member with City Year, where she helped students build academic, social and emotional skills. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Adelphi University.
