Billy Harner is an experienced professional in the baseball industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager for the Brooklyn Cyclones since January 2011. Prior to this role, Billy worked as a Media Relations Coordinator for the New York Mets from January 2008 to January 2011 and held the position of Media Relations Manager for the State College Spikes Baseball from October 2005 to December 2007. Earlier in Billy's career, a role as Media Relations Assistant for the Brooklyn Cyclones spanned from 2001 to 2005. Billy Harner earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University, graduating in 2005.

Brooklyn Cyclones

The Brooklyn Cyclones are the High-A Affiliate of the New York Mets, and 2019 New York Penn League Champions. Maimonides Park is located on historic Coney Island, just a few blocks from the Stillwell Ave. Subway and just two blocks from the Original Nathan's. Since opening in 2001, the ballpark has welcomed over 3.3 million fans- the most any team in all of short-season baseball. Maimonides Park was named the "Most Fun"​ minor league ballpark in the nation by Fox News. Maimonides Park was also ranked #1 among all stadiums in New York City by Stadium Journey Magazine. The Cyclones have led the New York-Penn League in attendance every season while ranking in the Top 20 in average attendance nationally.
