Michael G. C. has a diverse range of work experience in sports management and sales. Michael G. is currently the Director of Ticket Sales & Operations at the Brooklyn Cyclones, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of Business Sales Development at GF Sports & Entertainment from July 2019 to January 2021. From 2014 to 2019, Michael held various positions at the New York Lizards, including Director of Business Operations, Associate Director of Operations, Director of Youth Programming, and Manager of Group Sales. Michael G. also has experience working with the Brooklyn Nets as a Facility Operations Intern/Part-Time employee in 2013. Additionally, Michael has volunteered for various events and symposiums related to sports marketing and business awards. Michael G. holds a Community Assistant position at the University of Miami in 2010, where they mentored high school students in the Sports Management Program and provided one-on-one support.
Michael G. C. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from St John's University from 2009 to 2014. Before attending St John's University, they studied Sports Management at Dowling College for the year 2008-2009. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician from the New York State Department of Health Bureau of Emergency Medical Services in September 2013.

The Brooklyn Cyclones are the High-A Affiliate of the New York Mets, and 2019 New York Penn League Champions. Maimonides Park is located on historic Coney Island, just a few blocks from the Stillwell Ave. Subway and just two blocks from the Original Nathan's. Since opening in 2001, the ballpark has welcomed over 3.3 million fans- the most any team in all of short-season baseball. Maimonides Park was named the "Most Fun" minor league ballpark in the nation by Fox News. Maimonides Park was also ranked #1 among all stadiums in New York City by Stadium Journey Magazine. The Cyclones have led the New York-Penn League in attendance every season while ranking in the Top 20 in average attendance nationally. Maimonides Park is a great place for families as evidenced by attendance in 2012. It is also a great place for companies to host their corporate outings and entertain clients in our hospitality areas.
