Mireya Ramirez has extensive experience in ticketing and customer service roles within the sports industry. Currently serving as a Ticket Operation Assistant for the Brooklyn Nets since October 2019, Mireya utilizes Ticket Master’s Archtics system to assist customers, identify fraudulent tickets, and address mobile ticket issues. Additionally, as a Ticket Sales Intern with the Brooklyn Cyclones since June 2019, Mireya has gained proficiency in customer interactions and ticket sales processes. Previous experience includes a receptionist role at St. Francis College, where Mireya handled administrative duties in a fast-paced athletic office, and a marketing student position within the same department, coordinating events and managing social media. Mireya's early career included a brief stint as an office assistant for a tax and bookkeeping firm, focusing on data entry and client management. Mireya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from St. Francis College.

The Brooklyn Cyclones are the High-A Affiliate of the New York Mets, and 2019 New York Penn League Champions. Maimonides Park is located on historic Coney Island, just a few blocks from the Stillwell Ave. Subway and just two blocks from the Original Nathan's. Since opening in 2001, the ballpark has welcomed over 3.3 million fans- the most any team in all of short-season baseball. Maimonides Park was named the "Most Fun" minor league ballpark in the nation by Fox News. Maimonides Park was also ranked #1 among all stadiums in New York City by Stadium Journey Magazine. The Cyclones have led the New York-Penn League in attendance every season while ranking in the Top 20 in average attendance nationally. Maimonides Park is a great place for families as evidenced by attendance in 2012. It is also a great place for companies to host their corporate outings and entertain clients in our hospitality areas.
