Samuel Williams has extensive experience in guest service and event staffing within the sports and entertainment sectors. Currently, Samuel serves as a Ticket Taker for the New York Yankees, an Usher for the Brooklyn Cyclones, a Guest Service Representative for the New York Mets, and an ADA/Plaza Ambassador at UBS Arena. Previous roles as Event Staff include work in the Charlotte Metro Area for venues such as Truist Field and Spectrum Center, as well as guest relations at BEST Crowd Management for events at Bank of America Stadium. Earlier experience includes a position as a Traffic Checker for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Samuel holds a degree from Lehman College, obtained in May 2009.

Brooklyn Cyclones
The Brooklyn Cyclones are the High-A Affiliate of the New York Mets, and 2019 New York Penn League Champions. Maimonides Park is located on historic Coney Island, just a few blocks from the Stillwell Ave. Subway and just two blocks from the Original Nathan's. Since opening in 2001, the ballpark has welcomed over 3.3 million fans- the most any team in all of short-season baseball. Maimonides Park was named the "Most Fun" minor league ballpark in the nation by Fox News. Maimonides Park was also ranked #1 among all stadiums in New York City by Stadium Journey Magazine. The Cyclones have led the New York-Penn League in attendance every season while ranking in the Top 20 in average attendance nationally. Maimonides Park is a great place for families as evidenced by attendance in 2012. It is also a great place for companies to host their corporate outings and entertain clients in our hospitality areas.
