Michael Strickland CCC currently serves as the General Manager of Lobby Bar and Executive Sous Chef at The Brown Hotel since May 2023. Experience also includes serving as Chef de Cuisine at Grey Oaks Country Club (June 2013 - January 2018), Rounds Chef at Gasparilla Inn and Club (November 2012 - June 2013), Sous Chef at Country Club of Sapphire Valley (April 2011 - November 2012), and Lead Line Cook at Palmeto Dunes Resort (April 2008 - April 2011).
