William Boykins

William Boykins is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at The Brownstone Group since April 2022, William previously held the role of Project Engineer at Trammell Crow Residential, contributing to the development of the Alexan River Oaks, a $63 million multi-family luxury apartment project. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Project Manager at the University of Houston, Assistant Superintendent at Alliance Residential Company, Construction Inspector for the City of Norfolk, VA, and Field Technician at ECS Limited. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Technology from Norfolk State University, completed in 2012.
