Dale Wilkins

Dale Wilkins is a seasoned professional in safeguarding and education with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director at The BSA Group since September 2022, Dale previously held the position of Director of Safeguarding, Professional Development and Accreditation at both the Safeguarding and Child Protection Association and the Boarding Schools' Association. Dale's responsibilities encompass safeguarding matters, standards, and accreditation for international member schools. A former Head of Safeguarding and Standards at Old Swinford Hospital, Dale possesses a Master's in Education Leadership and Management from The Open University and a BA with PGCE in German Education from the University of Exeter.
