Rebekah Hayward

Rebekah Hayward is a Research, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at The BSA Group, a Project Officer at the Institute for Educational and Social Equity, and the Co-Founder & Programme Director of the Increasing Black Representation Mentoring Programme. With a background in education and social justice, Rebekah has experience as a Primary School Teacher and Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Chennestone Primary School. Rebekah holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on International Development & Social Justice, a Bachelor of Education in Primary Education with QTS, and a TEFL Qualification. Rebekah also has previous experience as a TEFL Teacher, Children's Wear Manager, and Acting Deputy Manager.
