Josh Talley

Joshua Talley currently serves as General Counsel at Buccini / Pollin Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua held various legal positions at PREIT, advancing from Vice President to First Vice President - Legal from May 2016 to March 2023. Joshua’s legal career includes significant experience at Pep Boys as Assistant Vice President & Supervising Counsel for Real Estate, Environmental & Licensing, as well as Senior Counsel from June 2007 to May 2016. Earlier roles include Associate positions at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Cozen O'Connor, and Fox Rothschild LLP. Joshua earned a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in History from Brown University.
