Catalin Ploae is a university lecturer and senior expert in international projects at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies since September 2015, specializing in International Business, Negotiation, and Contracting in Supply Chain & Logistics. Ploae has collaborated on numerous Erasmus+ projects focusing on business intelligence, blockchain education, institutional resilience, and digital transformation. Previously, Ploae served as the Director of International Relations at the National Office for Prevention and Control of Money Laundering and as an assessor of EU-funded projects at Icpe. Additional experience includes lecturing at Ovidius University of Constanta and implementing training programs for public servants at the Institutul Național de Administrație. Ploae holds a PhD in International Business and Economics, a PostDoc in Economics, and several degrees in marketing and international transactions.
