Hal R.

Hal R. began their work experience in 2003 at Unifi, Inc., where they served as the Manager of Professional Development/Unifi University until 2007. In 2007, they joined Volvo Group as a Key Account Manager for North America. Since 2008, Hal has been employed at The Budd Group, initially as VP of HR & Shared Services and later transitioning to the role of Chief Administrative Officer in 2017.

Hal R. attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they earned a BA degree. Hal then went on to pursue an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.
