Ann M. Lederman

Ann M. Lederman serves as the Executive Director of Buddy Fund since April 2017, contributing to the mission of promoting organized sports as a means to foster confidence, teamwork, and personal goal-setting among youth. Previously, Ann held the position of Executive Administrator at 4M Building Solutions, a major provider of janitorial services in the U.S., from April 2017 to March 2018. Ann's extensive experience in the Archdiocese of St. Louis includes serving as the Director of the Office of Catholic Scouting Ministry, where program development for youth and adults was emphasized, and as a Bookkeeper and HR Coordinator for youth ministry and pastoral care from 1986 to 2005. Ann completed the Lay Formation Program at Paul VI Pontifical Institute between 2013 and 2016.
