Timothy Schaeffers is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and development sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at The Building Intelligence Group since October 2021, Timothy previously held roles including Development Manager at TW Property Group and Project Manager at The Building Intelligence Group. Timothy's career began as a Graduate Project Manager at Opus International Consultants Limited. Timothy holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and a Bachelor of Building Science with a double major in Project Management and Sustainable Engineering Systems from Victoria University of Wellington.
