Shawn Morgal

Shawn Morgal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management and construction. Currently serving as Vice President at The Building People, Shawn supports numerous federal and local government agencies, focusing on business development and contract delivery. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager and Campus Operations Manager at JLL, Senior Facilities Manager on significant accounts, and Senior Project Manager for Fannie Mae properties. Shawn has also owned Morgal LLC and Patriot Home Improvement Contracting, specializing in remodeling and renovations. Earlier in the career, Shawn worked in plumbing and drafting coordination, contributing to large-scale construction projects.
