Hayley Copp

Hayley Copp is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President, Controller at Bulfinch since October 2021. Previously, Hayley held the position of Assistant Controller at AEW from November 2015 to October 2021 and worked as a Senior Finance Associate at PKF from October 2013 to November 2015, where responsibilities included performing audit engagements, preparing various tax returns, and managing day-to-day audit operations. Hayley's career began with roles in hospitality and conference services, including server, bartender, and financial supervisor. Hayley graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
