James M. Weisbrodt

As President & Chief Operating Officer for The Burks Companies, James M. Weisbrodt oversees all day-to-day operations at TBC, including contract start-ups, specialty projects, and product/equipment research efforts that improve overall operating efficiencies and the productivity and quality of service levels. He brings more than 30 years of operations, quality-assurance and business-development experience within the facilities management industry. Mr. Weisbrodt joined the company in 1998, when he successfully guided his company, Partners Property Maintenance, Inc., – along with its clients and employees – through a merger with TBC. Following this merger, Mr. Weisbrodt initially served as EVP of Business Development, focusing primarily on new-business development and expansion opportunities for all TBC business units, prior to being named COO in 2012. A graduate of Miami University of Ohio, Mr. Weisbrodt founded Partners Property Maintenance in 1994.
