Derek Winn

Derek Winn is currently the Practice Leader at The Business Benefits Group, where Derek is responsible for plan design, consultation, and ongoing strategic planning. Prior to this role, Derek worked as a Sales Consultant at Unum, focusing on sales in Virginia. Derek also has experience as a High School Teacher at Anne Arundel County Public Schools, teaching Social Studies and leading various school initiatives. Derek holds a BA in History and Education from State University of New York Cortland.
