Chris W. has a diverse professional background with experience in multi-family real estate, security, and finance. Currently, Chris is part of the Multi-Family Division at The Cabot Group since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Allied Universal focusing on security, leasing, and tenant relations from September 2016 to February 2020. Additionally, Chris volunteered as a golf fitter at Marriott’s Shadow Ridge Golf Course in 2015 and worked as a financial representative at Penn Mutual the same year. From 2013 to 2015, Chris served as an optical engineer at JML Optical Industries, LLC, and held the position of senior teller/banker at M&T Bank from 2006 to 2012. Chris holds a certification in precision optics from Monroe Community College.
