Beth has more than 30 years of experience helping leaders in federal agencies, associations, and commercial organizations drive complex, enterprise-wide change. Working directly with CIOs, HR executives, and program leadership teams, Beth and her teams support the success of high-profile technology, human capital, and modernization investments by focusing on the “people side” of digital and program transformation.
Beth is a frequent speaker on organizational change, high performing teams, leadership dynamics, and trust. She is the author of “The Method and The Magic: Every Leader’s Guide to Making Transformational Change Happen.”
Prior to joining Cadmus, Beth was the co-founder and president of Wheelhouse Group, a consultancy providing high-impact professional services to leaders in federal agencies.
Beth holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University, a graduate certificate in Organization Development and Change Management from Georgetown University, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of Mt. St. Vincent in New York City. She is a member of the Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and a founding board member of the ACMP-DC chapter.
